Minimal Data Collection

We collect only the data required to verify your identity, process your deposits and withdrawals, and maintain the security of your account. If a data point does not serve one of those purposes, we do not collect it.

Cookie Usage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your language and currency settings. Analytics cookies are used in aggregate form only — no individual browsing profile is built or sold.

Account Security Measures

Passwords are stored as salted hashes; we never hold them in plain text. Two-step verification is available in your account security settings. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic alert to your registered email.

Payment Record Retention

Transaction records for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits and withdrawals are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. After that period, records are deleted or anonymised in line with our data schedule.
